I want to do a mail merge. When I attempt to view by category, first,
only two categories show up even though I have 12 categories in use,
and second, only a handful of persons show up in each category even
though I have over a hundred names in every category. Can someone
please help me to get all categories and all persons in each category
to show up when I view by category? Thanks.

Outlook already works that way. You must have done something to break it.
Tell us what you did. Did you import these Contacts or create them in a
previous version? If you create a new Contact, will it appear correctly?
