In Word 2003, we are able to type a name and address, hover over it to use
the Smart tag and add it to our contacts.  If we manage other people's
contacts (as in a Secretary/Attorney relationship) are we able to use the
Smart Tags to add to their contacts also?  If so, what rights are needed and
how is that set up?  Thanks.

I suspect you'd have to write your own Smart Tag to do that. The built-in one isn't aware of other folders.
