I have saved my Outlook contacts on a floppy disc in Notpad and need to add
them to a new PC and as they are formatted in Notepad I can not find a way to
add them

How did you save them in NotePad? Did you export them in Comma Separated
Values format?

I copied them to a floppy disc as I was under the impression that I could
then export them to my NEW Outlook. I guess it saved them in Notepad and I
can not seem to change, or know how to change them to a tab seperated, or
comma seperated foramt, any suggestions are appreciated, Jim

You can't save Contacts "in Notepad".  You can save them in certain types of
files, however.  Exactly how did you save them?  Why didn't you simply save
the original PST?  Do you still have access to the original PC?
