I need to send a mass email, and don't want the addresses of all of the other
recipients to appear.  How can I get just the name of the Distribution List
to appear, and not the people in the list?

Put the DL in the BCC field. If for some reason you think you need to also
show the name of the DL, create a dummy Contact with that name and put it in
the To: field.
