I don't understand your question. As I said, the information is all there in
the name fields.

I exported the data in an Excel and Access format, the File As infomation
is not being exported. I can see the infomation in the fields in Outlook
on the main contact screen and on the All Fields - Freq Used Fields. For
example, I have a contact, in the file as field I have one item, 3M, that
info is not in either export.

I already answered that. Derived fields do not export. Their individual
names elements are exported.

Probably, but that is a question for a programming group. The only code I
know of is to change the File As... field within Outlook:
