How can I copy my Outlook Addrssk to also put it on my lap top?

I have licensed copies of Outlook on both a desk top and a lap top.  I would
like to copy the addressbook information I have on the desk top to the lap
top.  I want to have all my personal information available on either machine.

If/when I do this, what is the best way to keep that informaton in synch?

There is no address book in Outlook. All Outlook data resides in one file.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
