After I synchronise with my sony P910, why do I sometimes get duplicated
entries in my phone?
I enter my contact numbers in my phone with the international '+'
Ian code then country code but some of them get altered after
synchronisation so that the '+' dissappears, rendering the number unuseable.
How can I force Outlook to keep the '+' in place?

Please check in the system settings in the applet "Telephone and modem
options" (or similar) if your homecountry is set.

Synchronization issues are the purview of the sync software, not Outlook.
