Autocomplete doesn't work have Contacts but no Address Book?

The auto complete isn't suggesting any names? I have the Contact but they are
under Address Book -> Contacts. Auto Complete is on and it is showed as an
E-mail address book.

You seem not to be aware that autocompletion has nothing whatsoever to do
with your Contacts nor your Address Book view configuration. It uses a
separate autocompletion cache.
Have you sent enough messages to have populated a robust autocompletion
cache? If so, then start providing some actual information such as your
Outlook version and what isn't happening the way you think it should.

it must have something todo with the address book b/c it has some on mine
that popup and i haven't sent them anything

Nope. It doesn't. What you claim is simply not possible. Provide your
evidence to the contrary.
