MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / October 2006How to dial extensions automatically with outlook 2003?
Hi, i am currently using microssoft Outlook 2003. When I am calling a contact I would like the extension of my contact to be dialed automatically. Is is possible? Thank you. Not an Outlook question. Outlook uses the Windows dialer. Consult one of the OS or shell groups or Help files that can explain how Windows uses dialing rules.
