Extracting individuals from a Distribution List

I have been sent a distriubtion list which I'd like to break down into
individual contacts to store in my contacts list, so that I can email just
one of the members. I dont' really want to manually create a new contact for
each member of the list - it's a long list!

Save the DL as a text file, which will tab-separated.  You can then import
it into Outlook's Contacts folder, after a little editing to remove the
extraneous rows.
