Someone sent me an address listing as an attachment on an e-mail.  How do I
save it into my address book in Outlook?

First, there is no address book in Outlook into which to "save it." You
would import it into your Contacts Folder. Method depends entirely the
format in which this listing exists, which you failed to mention.
