two fields with same title, after importing,

I imported many contacts from a web to outlook (CSV format)
Now, in "view Contacts>company", there are two groups with same title:
"company (none)..." first one includes new imported contacts with this field
not filled. Second includes old contacts with this filled not filled.
Same happens with "view Contacts>country or region

Have I create new fields accidentaly? Possible to delete them? How?

This is normal behavior, if unexpected. If you drag the items from one group to another (or vice versa -- it's hard to know which to try first), they should all collapse into a single group.
