How do I get my Public Folder contacts to appear in my To: field?

When I go to create a new Email, I would press the “To” button, and go to
the “Show names from the” xxx address list, and I would expect to find the
Public folder Contacts list, with all the contacts there.

Currently it only shows “Public Folders” (along with all the other usual
ones), but the “Public folders” does not have any contacts in it.

How do I import these contacts?

Can anyone help me?

You need to bring up the public contact folder's Properties dialog and check the box for the Outlook Address Book.
