Running a network including Exchange server 2003 SP2. 50 clients using
Outlook 2002. Contacts foldr selected and used as address book. 3 clients
suddenly cannot view addresses from their contacts/address book when
addressing email. All entries are visible in the contacts folder. Running
fine till about 4 days ago. No changes to server or client PCs. Have tried
everything found on these pages including adding/deleting address books. Have
also tried creating new folders. Nothing works. Any ideas ? All other address
lists work fine.

Did you try removing the OAB service, stopping and restarting Outlook, then
adding the service in again?
