I was trying to do a mail merge from outlook (also tried starting in word)
using my contacts to create mailing labels.  I did the work around as
published in help article 320838.  When word should display my address's it
comes up blank and gives the message 'dialog or database engine failure'  Any
ideas?  For some reason word is not 'reading' my contacts so the document
comes up blank with the label template.  Help!!!This has worked in the past.

State how you configured your Outlook Address Book Service. It appears not
to be configured correctly, or you have not designated Outlook as you
default mail program. Also make sure your Outlook and Word versions match.
