After furious head scratching, djh@john'soffice asked:
| How can I change Outlook tabs so only 1 letter per tab to access
| client names more quickly? I believe we have Outlook 2000 or 2003.

Thanks -- I though a different version I had once filed all entries under
one single alphabet tab after enough entries under that letter. Maybe I was
mistaken. It is just not very handy scrolling past all the "L"'s for
instance to get to the M's. Thanks again.

If I look at my Outlook 2003 contains (Address Card view), I see single
letters down the right side of the pane.
