How do I let only emails from my contacts in? Blocking all others

I am receiving lots of unwanted emails and If I could set outlook to receive
emails only the contacts in my contacts database all of the unwanted ones
would not come through. Can you help?

Someone might be able to help if you gave your Outlook version.
