Autocomplete not working in Office XP Outlook

The *.Nk2 file is present. I've done a detect and repair, but for some reason
when user types in the first letter, or first few letters, of e-mail
addresses used previously, nothing comes up.

Does the name of that file match the mail profile name? Is the file in the
folder
%AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook?
