In what format is the OSX file?  CSV?  TSV?  What application generated it?

Please look at the import-types of Outlook ("File", "Import/Export",
"Export to a file") if there is a possibility to export from the OSX
Address Book in one of that file types (for example *.csv, *.txt, *mdb,
*.xls) or some else, and to import these file into outlook.
