Yes it does. So you are trying to transfer the Contacts from Outlook Express
on one computer to Outlook 2002 on another?
You can't do that because Outlook can only import from OE on the same
computer. So you'll need to import your WAB file from your old computer to
OE on the new computer (ask in an OE group if you need more instructions on
that part), then you can import from OE to Outlook on the new computer using
the File > Import and Export... Internet Mail and Addresses command.
