I have backed up and exported my contacts from Outlook from drive c on my
computer to drive d in my documents but cannot open the new folder in drive
d. It just keeps saying "open with" and offers to select a program from the
web. Please help!

If you exported to a .pst file, open Outlook and use its File | Open | Outlook Data File command.
