Inserting contact in Word 2003 but missing Company Name

When I insert a contact name  in a letterhead in Word 2003 from my contacts
in outlook 2003 only the name of the person and the address show up, how can
I get the Company Name to also show

Your post makes no sense. Clarify it by stating what you are doing and what
you mean by "letterhead." That term has no meaning.
