How can I format a contact list for a mail merge?

Start in your Contacts folder and click Tools>Mail Merge.  If you don't want
to use all of your contacts, select the ones you want to use prior to
clicking Tools>Mail Merge and choose the "Only selected contacts" radio
button.

Then there is no importing or exporting to do? I only want certain fields
used, i.e. home address instead of business address in when applicable.  It
will be either the home or business address I use.  How will I do this?

Thanks you so much for your help.

My experience with mail merge is fairly limited.  Help on Mail Merge
supplies a lot of answeres and there are other messages in this newsgroup
that reference web sites  giving instructions.  Use Google Groups to find
them.

When you start the merge from Outlook, all of Outlook's fields will be
available for the merge. Ample instructions on mail merges exist in
countless places. If you can't find them, start here:
