used, i.e. home address instead of business address in when applicable. It

My experience with mail merge is fairly limited. Help on Mail Merge
supplies a lot of answeres and there are other messages in this newsgroup
that reference web sites giving instructions. Use Google Groups to find
them.

When you start the merge from Outlook, all of Outlook's fields will be
available for the merge. Ample instructions on mail merges exist in
