Data differs from Contact file in MS Outlook and what is accessed from "Contact" to populate labels in MS Word. It is an older version. Recently switched IP and deleted old account but appears Word does not recognize change and is still accessing old Contact file  SignatureKathy m Try posting your question with sufficient detail and clarity for someone to be able to tell what you mean. Why would your think your ISP and mail account have anything to do with this?
