Mass "Mail"

How do I mass "mail" to a specific category group in Outlook 2003 without
manually selecting all the individual contacts?

That's what the "By Category" view is for. Select the Category > Actions >
New Message to Contact...

I should have been clearer, I am looking to snail mail (with a label)... not
email.

So then do a mail merge to the category.
