I Have MS outlook '03 v.11.056 and have problems organizing the address
book properly.

Within each individual contact, I have set them up in all fields as
Last, First

When I click on the address book icon, the address book appears and the
lower pane shows 3 categories: Name, Display Name and Email address.

Everything is listed alphabetically according to name, but some are
first name first and some are last name first.

ie:  Individual contact has  in full name, file as, display as fields
as: Mayfield, Ann

The address book shows: Ann Mayfield | Mayfield, Ann |
mayfield@anywhere.com

I cannot seem to find a way to get all contacts to reflect last name
first.

Any ideas?

Thank you Russ-- That did it.
Funny thing was, it was already set at Last name, First name, but
what I did was not click finish, I just hit the red X.

It worked and I thank you.
