Not an Outlook issue. Ask the makers of your synchronization software when
they plan to support Outlook 2007. Did you expect them to support the beta?

Stop shouting - and as a side note, you require a special license to run Outlook 2007 in a production environment. It is right on the first page of the Beta 2 Technical Refresh. So I presume you applied to Microsoft for this additional license and are running the beta in production under that license??
