One last question and I couldn't locate anything about it in the group.
(maybe I don't know how to search properly)
- I open up address book and looking at the name column, I will find a
name I want to edit. (I use lower case/last name for fellow employees
so I can differenciate between personal/business. Some of these have
the first letter capitalized and I then go to properties on that name
and change it in the file as field|save/close.
It remains first letter capitalized.
Also, Can anyone recommend a good book on Outlook? I sure would like
to further educate myself in these matters without pestering the group
all the time.
Thanks,
Joe

You edit names in the contacts folder, not the address book. The address book is a virtual view of the contacts folder so any changes you think you make in the address book are promptly lost the second you close it.
