MS Outlook 2003 does not allow me to add Job Tile in the
EmailDisplayAs.

e.g. ABC Services is the name of the company and contact person is
Dhiraj Shah. He is the Area Sales Manager. Would like to send a mail
where the display contains company name, contact person name and his
designation(job title)

You'll need to type that information into the email display name field.
