How do I delete contacts that aren't in a contacts folder?

I have a lot of people in my contacts folder and outlook automatically fills
them in for me.  I just cc'd someone in an email and I don't know who it is.
They are not in my outlook contacts anywhere that I can find.  Is there
anyway to delete that name so it doesn't pop up again?

Are you talking about as you type in the To or Cc field?  Use your down
arrow key to select the name when they pop up and then press Delete.
