We are using Exchange and Outlook 2003.  When creating a new message and
clicking "TO" I get the 'Global Address List' as the default list, not
'Contacts".  How can I make Contacts the default place to look for email
addresses?

Thanks,

W. Wolfe

RIght-click your Contacts folder, choose Properties, select the Outlook
Address Book tab, and check the box labeled "Show this folder as an e-mail
Address Book".  Click OK.

If that box is grayed out, add the Outlook Address Book service to your mail
profile.

Open your Address Book, select Tools->options - set your preferred first lookup folder from the dropdown there.
