I am using Outlook 2003 for my address book. How do I get it to sort by the
last name? I tried for example: Doe, John and it sorts by John Doe. If I sort
by Doe John it will sort by Doe John which makes the name look like that is
the correct name.

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
