Force a phone format?

Hi, I have several different phone number formats going on.. some are
NNN.NNN.NNNN or (NNN) NNN-NNN  or NNN-NNN-NNN ... you get the picture.

I'd like them all to be (NNN) NNN-NNNN but also want to avoid doing it
by hand.  Is there a way I can force the phone number fields to do what
I want?   Thank you,
