Thanks for the quick reply, but I don't see that option.
When said to open Address Book, I assume you mean Contacts.  The tabs across
the top are:  Preferences, Mail Setup, Mail Format, Spelling, Security,
Other, Delegates.
Maybe I'm on the wrong screen.  Appreciate your help.

Nope.  Tools>Address Book, or click the Address Book icon on the Standard
Toolbar.  In that interface, click Tools>Options.  The top-most drop down is
labeled "Show this address list first".
