When I try to save a new contact I get a "Not Implemented!" error.  How do I
repair this defect?

Begin by providing some information. You provided none. It is a waste of
time to post a question here without also posting:
1. Outlook version
2. Configuration (mail account type and information store)
3. Precise steps used to produce an error and the precise error message.

Are you by any chance using a custom form that has code associated with it?
If you are - would be the first place to be looking since that message would
have nothing to do with Outlook.
