Want to transfer data

I am trying to backup all my Contacts data to another drive so I don't have
to retype all those names again.  Does anyone have an answer for me.  
Appreciate it.

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
