There is a way, but first you should ask your Exchange administrator if your
company would even permit you to do so. It's their Exchange server and that
data belongs to them.

Thanks in advance. I do have permisssion to move these - and they should be
moved, they are my personal contacts, not business. I was trying to figure
it out on my own, but it sounds like I should just call our IT guy, right?

I'd just feel better if you did. It's easy to do, but technically any
information you store on your company's Exchange Server becomes their
property from that point on, and only they should authorize its release to
you.
