Using Outlook 2002, I made a distribution list.  When I click on the list I
see 2 columns - Names and E-mail.  But both columns have only the email
addresses, no names.  (boy@domain.com               boy@domain.com ---- not
           John Doe                     boy@domain.com)

How can I fix?

I am using Outlook 2007 for a while now but is there an "Update" button in the DL display window?
