Backup important info - 27 Nov 2006 07:24 GMT
Microsoft has Outlook Personal Folders Backup tool (pst files), Export and
Archive for backup but all these which are stored in the computer/server.
For my home computer, in case of system clash, what is the best way to backup
as I have tremendous contacts in Microsoft Outlook Contacts folder and many
files saved in My Document which I cannot afford to loose.

Make a copy of the file and put it somewhere safe.
