Custom Form in contacts how to map custon fields.

I am trying to create a custom form in a contact folder. I want to import
data to this folder and have it use the new form. I have created the form
and imported the data I can then change all contacts to use the new form but
I cannot find a way to map all of my custom fields like a SSN field When I
import. Also when I pull a mail merge from this book I need to pull from the
custom fields.

Any Ideas?

You can't import info into a contact folder using a custom form with the
standard import wizard. You'll need a 3rd party product for that (like
ours - link below).

However, it sounds like you mean "export" the data for a mailmerge etc -
which is also not possible via the standard import/export wizard. You may
find some solutions to help in this area by looking here:
