Create DL or Rule using company name

I can't figure out how to create a DL or a rule by selecting all contacts
that have their company name field set to "xxx" or whatever. Can anyone help?

You don't state your Outlook version, to this is for Outlook 2003.

With your Contacts displayed, click View>Arrange By>Current View>By
Category.  Right-click the Company header and choose Group by this Field.
Select the company you wish and click Actions>New Message to Contact
