Outlook: some contacts not in card view list, not in alpha order

a couple of my contacts don't appear in my on-screen list (arrangement
doesn't seem to matter) and when i print full list, they are at the front of
the list, not in alphabetical order  ... why?

No one can possibly answer you. You will need to construct a clear post.
Post your Outlook version, the view to which you are referring, and how that
view is configured.
