How can I display all 509 Contacts in Outlook 2007?

You neglected to tell us to what view you are referring and how you
configured that view. How could anyone answer you?

Most humble apologies.  I am using Detailed Address Card view - but I get the
same number of Contacts in any of the standard views.  Oddly, when I clear
the offline items then send/receive the folder I can see it count up to 509
in the status bar, but then it reverts to 223 items immediately upon
completion of send/receive.  Any help you can provide would be most greatly
appreciated.  THANKS!

This is obviously a new installation. How did you migrate these contacts
from your previous installation? Where does your Outlook data reside? Have
you customized this view?

Our data resides in an Exchange 2003 server.  If I run two laptops side by
side, the Outlook 2003 client shows 509 Contacts - the Outlook 2007 client
shows 223 Contacts.  I made no changes to the views - on either client.

By the way, thanks for your help on this - it really has me baffled.

Upgrade or clean installation? Have you tried a new profile?

It was a clean install - I will create a new profile and see what happens and
let you know.

That's the only other thing I can think of from the Outlook end of things. I
saw no similar reports during the beta. Somone more familiar with Exchange
may have other ideas.

I created a new profile and still got the same results - not sure what to try
next.

Not without more information. What distinguishes the Contacts that appear
from those that don't?

Any filter on the view?

Since you had existing data, you could have an existing view with a filter. I'd suggest you look at the view properties.
