When on a single computer, you set up a second user account and new outlook
profile, what's the quickest/simplest way to copy contacts from the first
user to the second? thanks.

Open the Outlook data file from the first user in the second's profile. Copy
the contents of the Contacts Folder from the first to the second. Be sure to
close the first's data file when you're through.
