Business Contact Manager and Admin Privileges

It appears as though I can only run the BCM when I have admin
privileges.  Whenever I take away admin priviledges, the "Business
Tools" menu item no longer appears in Outlook 2003. However, when I go
to "File --> Data File Management" the BCM shows up as being added. I
deleted it and tried adding a new one, but when I go to select a
database to connect to I get an error/warning message telling me to
make sure the computer is on, database sharing is enabled, etc.  Please
keep in mind that I have none of these problems when i have admin
priviledges enabled.

We installed BCM using the following file, which I do not believe is
beta:

I have searched this group and found a similar article, but the post
was from 2003 and the BCM in question was a beta version:

Could someone offer some insight into the problem? Thank you very much.

Maybe you should try the BCM group.
