Is there a way to assign a follow-up flag and a reminder to a group of
contacts without having to open each individual record and assign a flag and
follow up date?
As always... thanks for the support!

Have you tried the grouping method described at http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/searchreplacecompany.htm? I haven't tried it with follow-up flags, but it's a good technique to know in any case.
