I set up a new group in my address book in outlook 2003 but would like to
keep all those contacts private. How can I not display everyones email
address in the send to panel.

There is no such thing as a group in the address book in Outlook. I assume
you mean a Distribution List in your Contacts Folder? If so, place the
Distribution List in the BCC field instead of the To: field.
