Thank you, that works well. I did'nt know about those options .
I just tried this on my boss's pc and it didn't work. I am guessing that it
has something to do with the fact that his contacts are not listed in the
default 'Contact' folder but in a folder called 'Contacts in Mailbox...'.
Our tech said that this is the only way we can have it so that he can share
his contacts with me. Please help!

Your boss should set his delivery location to be his mailbox, not a PST.

How do I 'set his delivery location to his mailbox'? I am not sure exactly
what you are talking about.

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. In the "Deliver new e-mail to the
following location" drop-down, select "Mailbox - Person's Name". Click
Finish. Stop and restart Outlook.
