MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / May 2008Outlook 2003 - Activities Tab
When I bring up a contact & go to "Activities" tab it wants to default to "ALL Items" which starts bringing in every email. I know I can use the drop down to change it. Can I just default to something else like "Tasks" that I use most often? I just tried this on my boss's pc and it didn't work. I am guessing that it has something to do with the fact that his contacts are not listed in the default 'Contact' folder but in a folder called 'Contacts in Mailbox...'. Our tech said that this is the only way we can have it so that he can share his contacts with me. Please help! > Thank you, that works well. I am not sure > exactly what you are talking about. Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. In the "Deliver new e-mail to the following location" drop-down, select "Mailbox - Person's Name". Click Finish.
