MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / January 2007How do I add contact info to distribution list members
I have a distribution list that I would like to add contact info to but they have not been also added to my contacts. Is there a way I can update these entries to be included in my contact list as well as my distribution list other than when initially entering the email addresses into the distribution list by checking "Add to Contact" check box? Thanks! No I don't think so. Try Categorising them rather than using a DL - have a read of the many posts by Russ Valentine about DLs. There are better ways!
