Print Word or Adobe Acrobat copy of Contact list address book

I would like to print a "Card Style" copy of an Address Book / Contact List
in Word or Adobe Acrobat from Outlook 2003 rather than get an export to an
Excel spred sheet or .prn file.

How does one do that?

Perform a mail merge to Word using the Tools | Mail Merge command in your contacts folder.

Or, use a PDF-creation printer driver (not included with Outlook).
